Our story

Founded in 2004. Focused ever since.

With over 30 years of combined experience between them, Juan Pablo Balderas and David Hernandez founded Cool Services, Inc. in 2004. The idea was simple: do commercial HVAC the right way, and let the work speak.

Today, CSI is a respected, mid-size HVAC provider that meets the construction, installation, and maintenance needs of commercial and industrial clients throughout Austin and the surrounding areas. Safe, high-quality, timely, and cost-effective is not a slogan here. It is the standard we are measured against on every job.
